Shipping Policy

  • Our handling time is 3 to 5 business days before shipping.

  • Whenever possible, our team processes and ships orders within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

  • The estimated delivery timeframe is 10 to 20 business days, depending on the carrier.

Please note: La Fiore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review the conditions below:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Custom or logo-printed items are non-returnable.

  • A tracking number for the return must be provided in order for us to process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
