Our handling time is 3 to 5 business days before shipping.

Whenever possible, our team processes and ships orders within 24 to 48 business hours.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

The estimated delivery timeframe is 10 to 20 business days, depending on the carrier.
Please note: La Fiore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review the conditions below:

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Custom or logo-printed items are non-returnable.

A tracking number for the return must be provided in order for us to process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Issues
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
